flowery nails

Here is the pretty design I did on my nails today. And here is where I got the idea.  What do you think? Mine are on the left and hers are on the right.  :)

Here is where I got my design idea.  The strip is supposed to signify the helmet stripe for the Saint's.  One of my nails is smudged and a little messed up but who cares, right.  :)   Now I have some balloons to blow up!

Nail polish called 'unplugged'

Here is another nail pic.  I need to get a life, all I seem to do is work and do my nails, haha.  Anyway, this color is called unplugged and I used some silver sparkly polish with it.  Then I added some rhinestones to the thumb nail because I can ;)  I guess you can't see it very good in the pic though.

I also bought some new pillows for my bed this week.......oooooh  that's living life on the edge, lol.

Shave and a hair cut

Hi Everyone,
Coco got a shave and a hair cut this week.  She was totally matted so I had to take her to the groomer.  It it short but I totally love it, she is so cute.

She hates having her picture taken.  She didn't even want to look at me.  I had to trick her and be really quick...haha.

I did put her little coat on today too.  She was a little cold.  Sorry, I didn't get a pic of her wearing her coat.

Walgreen's deals :)

I stopped at Walgreen's today and got some super deals.  First I got a Colorsilk hair color that was on sale for $1.99 with the coupon from the weekly ad.  Sometimes I get dark brown (like this one) and other times I get soft black.  Depends on my mood, I guess.

Then I was looking for some cuticle oil for my nails and I found these on sale for $1. 79 (reg. $5.99) so I got three of them...super deal!!!!

 

I also picked up some Wet Ones for the car.  These were on sale for $2 each, then I used two $1.50 coupons, and also a $1 coupon printed that I will use on my next shopping trip.  Awesome!  So i basically got these for .50cents each and a cool coupon for my next shopping trip.  So that's like free stuff.

 

Here is the coupon that printed out for $1 off my next shopping trip....I can use it on pretty much anything I want.  :)

 

Well, that's it for my good deals.  I didn't want to spend too much and I am doing very good with sticking to my budget.  These are things I would buy anyway, so I just try to buy them when they are on sale.

Painted my nails red/gold/black

Check it out!!! ...here is my design inspiration for this week.  I may have gotten a little carried away but I can still type (slowly) so it's all good, haha.   I will probably file them to make them shorter in a few days.  :)

 

 Wow, I just noticed all the dirty fingerprints in the background, sorry...too lazy to take new pics.  That is the top of my laptop in the background.  lol

And here is what I used:  base coat to prevent staining, China Glaze ruby pump, gold striper, black (I didn't have black striper so I used black with a thin paint brush made for use with acrylics), and speed dry top coat.  :)

And here is the stuff I use to do my acrylics.  There's  a pic of the thin brush I used for the design also.

And my handy-dandy electric nail file kit.  :)
